Auto Logistics - Dealer and Trader Services

We know that many dealers and brokers despair at the length of time it can take for their consignments of new cars from Europe to reach them.

At Calibre Auto Logistics Ltd we expedite these orders for our dealer and broker clients. They let us know when they have made the transfer of funds to their overseas supplier for a particular order and we progress matters from there. We telephone the suppliers every day, often twice or three times, until they confirm that they have received the funds. We keep records of each phone call to these dealers so that our clients can call at any time for a status report. This hands on approach also ensures that Calibre is in a position to load cars at the European supplier's premises immediately they are made available to us and get them on their way to our clients inventories.

Car Transit Compound

We have a protected car storage and transit compound adjacent to our HQ in Dartford. Amongst the range of dealer services we offer from this strategically placed facility are:

• Receiving and storing cars over the short and medium term; particularly valuable for clients based elsewhere in the UK by providing a vital logistic hub in the South East.
• Providing a new car handover service, including accepting dealer customer payments; this is becoming increasingly important as more web sales are made by Car Warehouses to clients who are not necessarily in the same part of the country.
• Plating and valeting cars for our dealers' customers.
• Arranging and progressing new vehicle registrations
