We once again provided specialist logistic support for the Cannonball 8000 Rally which took place in September 2007.
The event began at Earls Court in London and ended a grueling 72 hours later in Zagreb, capital city of Croatia. Calibre Auto Logistics provided a "get your car home" package for the contestants.
We collected the cars at event's end and loaded them on to a fleet of car transporters close to the finish line. The cars were run through directly back to our secure holding area adjacent to our Headquarters in Dartford. This service relieved the event entrants of a tiring 1200 mile return journey after the it was all over. This service allowed them to enjoy the end of race atmosphere more fully and for many, to be home for important commitments the following day.
