ISO 9002

At Calibre service is quality driven. We deliver loads on time and in good condition. We answer the phone quickly and are helpful and courteous. We deal with requests for quotations promptly. Satisfied customers make us very happy but this is not always enough.

To demonstrate commitment to quality and client satisfaction, the Company sought accreditation to BS EN ISO 9002, an internationally recognized standard for service industries. We were delighted to receive certification on 5th June 1995. Since then, we have pursued a regime of continuous improvement so that we keep moving forward in the quality of the delivery of our services.

The British International Freight Association

The British International Freight Association (BIFA) accepted Calibre Forwarding Ltd as trading members within four months of company incorporation. BIFA require its members to be financially stable, to have suitably experienced staff and to have appropriate business systems in place. BIFA members follow a code of practice and adhere to BIFA Conditions of Carriage.

Freight Transport Association

Calibre Forwarding Ltd is a member of the Freight Transport Association (FTA), an independent organisation that represents British Trade and Industry in matters concerning the movement of freight. The Association has regular access to Ministers and Government officials. It leads in lobbying UK and European authorities over the plight of UK based Hauliers and Forwarders.
