General Conditions
Calibre Companies operate under the general terms and conditions defined by the governing bodies of the UK's Freight Forwarding, Road Haulage, Auto Logistics and Warehousing industries. These are:
- BIFA Standard Trading Conditions - Calibre Companies' European and Deep Sea Forwarding and Auto Logistics operations.
- RHA Conditions of Carriage - UK Transport operations.
- UKWAC Conditions of Contract - Warehousing, Handling and Storage operations.
All of these terms and conditions contain exclusions and limitations as to Calibre's liability in the case of loss or damage. Calibre advises all its clients to take out a comprehensive all risks insurance policy to cover their goods in case of damage and/or partial or complete loss.
